Christopher W. Bayuk was born January 30, 1960, in Medford, Oregon. He attended the University of California at Davis receiving his Bachelors of Science in 1982 then attended the California Western School of Law graduating in 1985 in the top 15% of his class. He was admitted to practice after passing the California Bar on the first attempt in December 1985. Chris started practicing law in San Francisco, California and handled Medical Malpractice, Construction Defect and Pharmaceutical/Biological litigation. In May 1990 he and his wife relocated to San Diego. In June 1999, Christopher opened Bayuk & Associates emphasizing civil litigation. He has been admitted in the United States Districts Court of Alaska, Maryland, Southern Florida, Central Florida, Georgia, Oregon, Washington and all District Courts of California. He is further admitted to the United States District Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits. Chris is married to Ginny and they have two children, Conor and Cortney.
